The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® Method
The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSYEM® method is a holistic exercise methodology that addresses movement on a physical, mental, and energetic level. It consists of two branches: the GYROTONIC® work, performed on specially designed equipment, and the GYROKINESIS® work, performed seated, standing, or on a mat without equipment. Through the use of arcing, spiraling, and circular motions coordinated with specific breathing, we move the body in all of its natural ranges of motion to achieve stretching and strengthening work simultaneously. These no-impact movements support joint health, increased flexibility, promote balanced strength in the body, and improved posture.

Pilates
One of the original exercise systems to pioneer mindful movement, Pilates was the brain child of its creator Joseph Pilates. Pilates’s system, originally known as Contrology, promoted the realization of the human potential by acquiring strong, healthy bodies and developed minds.
Using both mat work and equipment work, a client can work with assistance or be challenged through spring resistance to find targeted stability and control in the body. While Pilates is widely available today in gyms and studios across the world, the original principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow are the hallmarks of this work that have stood the test of time.

Oov
The Oov is a cutting edge apparatus developed by Australian doctor of osteopathy, Daniel Vladeta. Its unique shape is designed to support the natural curves of the spine, while creating dynamic feedback that stimulates the neurological system. This gives a client an automatic activation of their deep stabilizing muscles while decompressing the intervertebral discs. This device is great for addressing asymmetries in the body and neurological deficiencies by placing individuals in an environment where their body naturally begins to figure out how to find balance without conscious effort.
